Founder of Ciatécnica in 2010, and today CEO of Grupo GubolinCo, João has more than 40 years’ experience in information technology and management consulting, having built his career in large companies in the transportation and logistics sector, such as Rodobens.

João served as a member of the innovation and digital transformation committee of ABAC¹ and today serves as a board member of APETI². He divides his time and work between Toronto and São Paulo, leading the group’s operations in Brazil, the USA and Canada.

Carlos Ronaldo has built a career acting in leadership positions in the financial services and insurance segments, through the implementation of turnaround processes and business restructuring/organizational changes, having worked for companies such as Lloyds Bank, ABN Real, Allianz and Rodobens.

In 2019, he became a partner and Director of Ciatécnica and, about a year ago, with the creation of Grupo GubolinCo, he became Country Manager of the brazilian operation, where he has been actively involved in expanding the business, the group’s expertise, connecting with clients and leading the Brazil team.

 

João Ricardo holds a leadership position in new international business, working in the USA and Canada. He previously held the position of Financial and Operations Director at Ciatécnica.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, he leveraged the company’s operation, quickly meeting demands through recent and innovative technologies, taking the company into international projects, such as MyGroundForce.

João Ricardo talks about technology and management, transportation and supply chain data consolidation, analytics, automation and AI for cost reduction and new revenue streams.

Vladimir construiu sua carreira ascendente em Tecnologia da Informação. Com mais de 30 anos de experiência em empresas nacionais de grande porte, desenvolveu sólida experiência em Transformação Digital, API Economy, ERP, CRM e Governança de TI.

Lidera e gerencia projetos corporativos de infraestrutura, downsizing, implementação de Data Centers e ERP. Seu conhecimento abrange, não só, mas especialmente, plataformas de missão crítica e alta disponibilidade, assim como arquitetura de integração de dados. Atualmente, ocupa a função de CTO no Grupo GubolinCo.

With a degree in Computer Engineering from Unirp in Rio Preto and a post-graduate degree in Systems Development Technology, Genilson has over 15 years’ experience in IT. He built up a solid career in the Rodobens Group companies and started out at Cia Técnica 12 years ago, working on CRM implementation, software customization and project management, among other responsibilities.

He currently holds the position of Head of Business at the GubolinCo group, bringing innovation and technology focused on the efficiency and performance of GubolinCo projects.
